We switched to Jennifer after spending 6 months with a previous agent and losing out on three houses. Jennifer actively searched for houses that would meet our needs, instead of waiting for us to come with her with ones we found online. Being new to the area and to the state, she gave us all of the information we needed to navigate the Wilmington area market.
