We switched to Jennifer after spending 6 months with a previous agent and losing out on three houses. Jennifer actively searched for houses that would meet our needs, instead of waiting for us to come with her with ones we found online. And when I say actively, I mean she never stops until you are in the right home!
Being new to the area and to the state, she gave us all of the information we needed to navigate the Wilmington area market. She found a neighborhood that she said would be ideal for us, and she was right! She was also able to work with our timeframe, knowing when our lease was up, she found homes that were overpriced and we were able to watch and wait until the time was right. She also was great about helping us to determine the right offer amount, which is not easy in this market where people from out of state can throw ridiculous amounts of cash at a buyer and drive up prices.
She also has connections throughout the region, so she can connect you with everything you need ... mortgage, inspection, contractors, etc.
In a nutshell, Jennifer was a godsend! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the Wilmington/Hampstead area!
